Summary of report content

Healthwatch Norfolk held engagement sessions in the Discharge Lounge and at the Inpatients West and Centre entrance, and in May they attended the Dementia Fayre. They also spoke to people at various community events about their experiences at the hospital. In total they received 43 reviews with an average star rating of 4.3 out of five.

Positive ratings were based on staff attitude and quality of care.

Negative ratings were based on communication and not being listened to.
