Summary of report content

A report that highlights the patient, carer and service user health and care experiences, produced on a monthly basis and sent to various providers. It shows 182 experiences in all with 61 being from the feedback centre on the website.

It highlights a number of points around specific issues including dental services, GP appointments, hospital care including appointments and touch screens.

It analyses the comments by theme, sentiment (ie positive/negative/neutral etc), case types and area.

It provides details by Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) area and by service provider eg Community health services, primary care services, acute services, mental health and learning disability issuers, patient transport, social care services.

It details where additional questions were raised by HWL and indicates whether a provider response has been received.
