Summary of report content

Healthwatch Greenwich heard from 339 people through public events, stakeholder meetings, and outreach activities in June.

During this period, they:

  1. Listened to and captured residents' experiences with health and care services, including their experiences with accessing services, receiving communication and support from providers, and their experiences with Children's Centres.
  2. Connected with parents at Plumstead Library to explore their experiences of local health and care services, including their experiences with children's centres, health visiting teams and local maternity care services.
  3. Participated in the Greenwich Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) meeting to hear from women/birthing people and their families about their experiences with maternity and/or neonatal services.
  4. Highlighted a residents experience with accessing A&E services at Queen Elizabeth Hospital and how not getting the support she needed left her feeling ignored and overlooked.
