Summary of report content

This is a report of Healthwatch Milton Keynes' Enter and View visit to Milton Court care home. The visit took place on 5th May 2022.

The purpose of this Enter and View was to engage with residents, their relatives, or carers, to explore their overall experience of living in Milton Court Care Home. As well as building a picture of their general experience, residents were asked about experiences in relation to social isolation and physical activity.

The findings are generally positive. The only recommendations Healthwatch Milton Keynes makes are to discuss with residents possible timelines for the reintroduction of the minibus for trips out, and to offer a choice of meal sizes.
