Healthwatch Kent outlines key themes in its feedback about mental health services that they received during the period January to October 2023.  They received 1224 pieces of feedback in this period.

Key themes

Services didn't keep promises, such as planned phone calls not happening and plans to link with other services not being followed through. 

Care plans were not in place or people were left with no further support after a service ended. 

People felt left in the dark about their treatment or not understanding why their care changed or ended due to a lack of information or clarity from services
