Summary of report content

Healthwatch Norfolk visited Melton Constable surgery to speak with patients about their experiences of services.  They heard from 11 people.

All the patients said that they were happy overall with the care and service they were receiving from the surgery. Most said they were able to easily get appointments and they were treated well by staff. They said that they were happy with the range of services offered and found the surgery reliable and efficient.
