Healthwatch Norfolk visited Manor Farm Medical Centre in September 2023 to understand their experience of care.  They heard from 19 people.

Overall patients they spoke to were mostly happy with their experiences at the surgery and got the help and support they needed.  Some raised concerns about booking appointments, especially by phone.
