Summary of report content

Healthwatch Norfolk visited the Lawns Medical Practice in June 2025 to speak with patients about their experience with health and social care services.  They spoke to 15 patients.

Healthwatch staff observed that the surgery had clear signage, a clear and bright waiting room and minimal free parking.

Overall, people felt satisfied with the care they received at Lawns Medical Practice, with people praising the staff, saying that they are nice people and that they listen. However, there were multiple reviews highlighting difficulty in availability of appointments and also the long phone queues in order to secure one of these appointments.
