Healthwatch Ealing undertook a survey to feed into the London Ambulance Service's strategy. They supplemented this with interviews with patients.
Key findings were:
- Most people felt that ambulance, 999 and NHS 111 staff had a positive attitude
- Experience of 111 and urgent care is positive
- Experience of 999 and emergency care is positive
- People experienced long waiting times.
