Summary of report content

Healthwatch St Helens produced an interim report about the results of an online survey. The survey was designed in collaboration with Healthwatch Liverpool, to understand what people in the local area were experiencing when trying to access health care for long-term conditions and any other health concerns, not related to COVID-19.

The survey asked questions about the effects of the pandemic on people's mental health and how easy it was to access medical support for other health conditions. The report includes a sample of the answers provided by respondents, with a full report to follow.
