Summary of report content

Healthwatch Stoke on Trent visited the Staffordshire Sight Loss Association in 2022 to talk about Healthwatch.  Members of the group told them of the difficulties they encountered in accessing health and social care services.  Healthwatch decided to investigate further by means of a focus group and an observational visit to the eye clinic at the Royal Stoke Hospital.
