Summary of report content

This report is by Healthwatch North Yorkshire. The report provides a summary of the patient experience logs from April-July 2023. During this time, Healthwatch North Yorkshire received feedback from 199 people via their phone line, website, email and through engagement events.

In terms of sentiment, 63% was negative, 30% positive and the sentiment of the remaining feedback was mixed. Access to services remained a key concern.

A wide range of services are covered including GPs, pharmacy, dentists, hospitals, mental health services.

There are no recommendations in this report. However as it is a summary of general feedback this was not an aim of the work. 

There are no follow up actions in this report. However this piece only summarises ongoing feedback.
