Summary of report content

This report is by Healthwatch Surrey. The project is a summary of feedback gathered at various events in the wider area.

People discussed many different services, with 166 people having given feedback.

There is a spotlight on two areas of positive feedback in the report, vaccinations and maternity.

In other areas there was concern about how staff interacted with people, this included a social worker and doctors at the ENT clinic.

There are no recommendations in this report. However the piece is intended as a summary of feedback.
