Summary of report content

Healthwatch Surrey collected people's experiences of health and social care during the pandemic in June 2020.

The report found that some people struggled accessing support online or by phone, such as applying for COVID-19 tests. Fear of COVID-19 is still impacting some people's willingness or ability to access the care they need. Many people reported that questions about DNAR caused shock and distress.

No recommendations were made in this report.
