Information and advice was given in a way that was easy to understand.  The navigators had been able to help clients with a range of needs, including making benefit applications, and carers assessments. Emotional support and support to access welfare benefits were the top 2 areas of need which were shared by people accessing the service.

All said that the information/ support provided by the community navigators had helped them to remain or be more independent.  All would recommend the support provided.
