Summary of report content

Healthwatch Luton report on the themes in feedback received from the public on Covid-19 vaccinations.

Those who have already received at least one dose of the vaccine have given feedback about the experiences, from booking an appointment, the vaccination itself and any side effects afterwards.  Most case studies quoted are all very positive about the booking process and the experience at the vaccination centre.

They also highlight some problems about people not being coded correctly at their GP surgery to ensure that they are in the correct cohort for vaccination – Healthwatch Luton cite people who are clinically extremely vulnerable and carers.
