Summary of report content

Healthwatch Luton collected feedback about the Coronavirus from 56 local people during July 2020.

The report found that there is a need for more consistent, timely and localised communication. Understanding and adhering to the rules and guidance were noted as being difficult to understand or not being followed. GP access has been both positive when used in a virtual and remote manner, but also some are still struggling to access them. There has needed to be changes made to how people are working and accessing services and where it has been positive there are hopes this will continue post pandemic.

No recommendations were made in this report.
