Summary of report content

Healthwatch Norfolk undertook an enter and view visit to Hoveton and Wroxham Medical Centre in February 2024.  They spoke to 13 people.

Overall most patients were happy with their experiences at the surgery and felt that they were treated well. There were mixed experiences of getting appointments. 

Some specific issues raised by patients included: 

  • Not knowing how to log into the system
  • A broken chair in the waiting room
  • Difficulties accessing a particular medication needed
