Summary of report content

Healthwatch Norfolk visited Hingham Surgery in June 2025 to speak with patients about their experience of health and social care services.  They spoke to 25 people.

Healthwatch staff observed an external hatch for the dispensary which reduces foot traffic through the surgery.

Overall people were happy with the care they received, particularly praising staff for their kindness and helpfulness.  Most people were able to get appointments when they needed them, but there was a concern about how the surgery would cope as the town grows.
