Summary of report content

This an an enter and view report from Healthwatch Warrington on the Helsby Street Medical Centre, conducted on 23rd February 2022.

The enter and view was conducted by speaking to staff and patients, observation and use of a feedback form. 8 forms were returned by post and 3 were completed electronically.

The report is generally positive about the Centre. It makes two recommendations.

1) Implementation of an improved phone system, which the practice manager stated will happen.

2) Add television or radio to the waiting area to provide some low-level sound to alleviate the possibility of conversations in the consultation rooms being overheard.
