Summary of report content

This report contains a summary of insight that Healthwatch Sandwell collected in July 2023. They carried out Enter and Views at an Eye Centre, Urology outpatients department, and a Young Adults Diabetes Clinic.

This report also includes four example patient stories - one about someone's experience with a stomach bug, one detailing a carer's experience of a carer's health check, one detailing communication issues between a hospital and a GP, and one detailing someone's experience having their blood pressure checked at a pharmacy.
