Summary of report content

Healthwatch Oxfordshire report on the feedback they received from visits they made at the various hospitals that form the Oxford University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust between September 2022 and February 2023.  They spoke to 354 people.

The common themes in the conversations they had with people included:

  • The quality of care by clinical staff

  • A&E waiting times
  • Coordination between departments for patients with multiple appointments
