Healthwatch Hull asked members of the public to share their views and experiences of Health and Social Care services during January 2020.

Access to appointments and services, staff attitude and communication, poor aftercare and treatment.

This information was sent to the local authority, CQC and Hull CCG to inform them of what we have been told.
