Summary of report content

In August 2021, Healthwatch Hull gathered 37 experiences of local Health and Social Care services. The experiences they recorded related to the following areas: Castle Hill Hospital, Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, Dentistry Practices, GP Surgeries, Hull Royal Infirmary, Mental Health Services.

Most comments this month were in relation to Primary Care (GP and Dentistry) which had 20 pieces of intelligence and 8 compliments, followed by Social Care (Care Home and Home Care) which had 2 pieces of intelligence and 7 compliments

Much of the intelligence about GPs related to face to face access and long delays in getting through on the phone, including triage by receptionists.
