Summary of report content

In April 2021 Healthwatch Hull recorded 39 experiences of local Health and Social Care services. The experiences they recorded related to the following areas: GP Surgeries, Dentist Practices, Hull Royal Infirmary, Mental Health Services, Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, City Health Care Partnership (CHCP), Pharmacies, Interpreter Services.

Much of the feedback about GPs relates to long waits to get through to surgeries by phone and problems getting repeat prescriptions.

Healthwatch Hull also received feedback about BSL and other language interpreting services - people experienced delays and cancellations.
