Summary of report content

Healthwatch Greenwich report on key themes in their feedback and activities during August 2024. During this period they heard from 170 people about their experience of health and care services in Greenwich. 

During this period they: 

  • Heard quotes on GP, care homes, and hospitals from Greenwich residents. 
  • Attended the Pensioners Forum and heard from older residents the impact of digital exclusion on accessing and receiving local health and care services.
  • Heard the experience of a resident accessing carer support for her husband and the impact of this care.
