Summary of report content

Healthwatch South Gloucestershire visited HMP Ashfield as part of their outreach work for a Health event.  They spoke to 23 prisoners.  

On the whole prisoners rated the care provided by the prison healthcare service provider.  However there were issues with medication dispensing.  There were sometimes problems accessing community health services.
