Summary of report content

Healthwatch Haringey was commissioned by the Whittington Health NHS Trust to carry out community engagement workshops in relation to the new Integrated Health Hub that was due to open in Wood Green in 2025.  They ran three workshops which 43 people attended.

Participants wanted to see:

  • Well trained and polite staff
  • Clear, simple and accessible referral routes to the hub
  • Reasonable adjustments for all forms of disability considered at the design and running of the service
  • Interpreting services should be provided
  • Ways to keep people updated about the service
  • High quality care
  • Avoiding duplication of services
  • Making the hub warm and welcoming
