Summary of report content

Healthwatch Torbay's Quarter 2 report for the financial year 2018-2019 details the feedback from the public about GPs, community based services, hospitals, dentists, social care, pharmacies and opticians. 

It was found that many people spoke positively about staff and treatments/care but seemed to report more negative experiences about administration and medication.
