Healthwatch Harrow collected feedback from 226 people about health and care services in Harrow.

The main areas that people commented on included advice/information, carer and user involvement, administration, booking appointments, medication, support, waiting lists and waiting times, choice, quality of care, and staff attitudes. People generally felt positive about their overall care and treatment but found it difficult to access services.
