Healthwatch Hackney reviewed data from 1st January 2019 to 31st March 2019 about health and care services in Hackney. They engaged 279 people.
They found that people reported most on information provision, carer and involvement, administration, booking appointments, medication, waiting times, quality of care and staff attitudes. 80% of people felt positively about the general quality of care and the empathy from staff.
