Healthwatch Hackney collected feedback from patients from Homerton University Hospital between 1st April 2018 and 31st March 2019.

The majority of respondents felt well informed and involved in their care but felt that services were difficult to access. The advice and information received was generally thought of as positive but waiting times at appointments were negatively reported. Levels of communication and support were negatively reported also.
