Healthwatch Newham report on key themes in the feedback they received in the period January to March 2026.  During that period they heard from 1,153 people.

Overall satisfaction is at 81% positive and 19% negative, according to feedback. Feedback suggests people receive good quality, compassionate treatment and care on the whole, with good levels of involvement and communication. Service access remains as a leading negative issue.
