Summary of report content

This report details Healthwatch Essex's research into the health and care experiences of homeless people. They spoke to 22 individuals that were in contact with local homelessness services through semi-structured interviews. 

The homeless people they spoke to preferred services that were tailored towards the needs of homeless people; offer flexible appointment structures; and with staff that were non-judgemental and empathetic.
