In October 2025, Healthwatch Havering visited the Accident & Emergency (A&E) Services at Queen’s Hospital to follow up on a previous visit in November 2024.

Healthwatch Havering spoke to five patients being treated in the corridor, who commented on insufficient staff, a lack of communication, and the need for more resources to improve conditions.
