Summary of report content

This is an enter and view report conducted by Healthwatch Bolton 2 November, 2016. During the visit Healthwatch representatives spoke to 13 people, which included a mix of staff, residents and relatives. The visit was announced.

Overall the home was found to be operating to a good standard. Residents seemed to be happy with the care they were receiving.

Recommendations were made as part of this report, though because it was found to be operating well the focus was on continuing the good work. A response from the home manager has been attached.
