Summary of report content

Healthwatch Staffordshire conducted an Enter and View visit to Wilbraham House care home in February 2020. The care home offers residential care to up to 33 residents.

The report found that the home was well secured, light and airy. Staff were well trained and seemed caring and concerned in their interaction with residents. There were a range of activities available and residents are asked where they would like to have outings. There is a choice over food and drink options. The home caters well to resident's personal, cultural and lifestyle needs.

No recommendations were made to the care home as Healthwatch Staffordshire concluded that the standards were good.
