Healthwatch Central Bedfordshire undertook an announced Enter and View visit to Wheatfield Surgery on 21 November 2024 following feedback that indicated potential areas for enhancement in patient access and overall service quality. They spoke to 5 patients and 7 staff members.

The report looks at:

  • Patients' experience of the surgery, including booking appointments and the quality of care
