Summary of report content

Healthwatch Blackburn with Darwen conducted an announced Enter and View visit to Whalley Range Pharmacy on the 21st March 2019. Several people visiting the pharmacy at the time were given the opportunity to speak to the volunteer representatives, but only two completed the questionnaire. Several customers verbally indicated they had a positive experience at the pharmacy, as did the two questionnaires that were completed.

Overall, the pharmacy had positive observations and Healthwatch Volunteer representatives did not identify any recommendations.
