Westfield Care Home is a care home in Blackpool which provides care for up to 13 residents.

The visit was arranged as part of Healthwatch Blackpool’s enter and view schedule and was conducted on 8th August 2016 where 10 people were asked for thier views.

Observation by the enter and view representatives reported that:

The residents who were consulted said that they liked living at the home and the best aspects of living in the home are compassion of the staff and the atmosphere within the home.

The care home was given some minor recommendations surrounding activities, food and drink and décor which the home have taken on board and responded to them.
