Summary of report content

Healthwatch Milton Keynes carried out an Enter and View visit to Westcroft Medical Centre in June 2026 to understand patients' experiences of accessing and using the practice.

Feedback from patients highlighted positive experiences of reception and nursing staff, who were described as friendly, helpful and supportive.

However, concerns were raised about the practice's reliance on online appointment requests, particularly for people who may face digital barriers. Awareness of the Patient Participation Group was also found to be low.

Recommendations focus on improving access to appointments through a range of routes, strengthening patient involvement, and improving the accessibility of information within the practice.
