Summary of report content

Healthwatch Brent undertook an Enter and View visit to Tulsi House, a sheltered housing facility, as part of a programme of enter and view visits.  The visit took place on 15 February 2019.

The visit looked at the care planning provided, management of the facility, psychological wellbeing and engagement with residents, relatives and carers.  Healthwatch picked up that residents, relatives and staff had concerns about the care provided by Westminster Home Care, including the quality of care plans, staffing levels and staff training.  Residents were happy with the management of the home by Network Housing Group.

There were three recommendations aimed at the care provider and the report contains a response.
