Summary of report content

This is an enter and view report conducted by Healthwatch Bath and North East Somerset on 15th June, 2017. During the visit Healthwatch representatives spoke to a mix of staff, residents and relatives. The number of people spoken to is not recorded. The visit was announced.

Overall the home was found to be operating to a good standard. Residents seemed to be happy with the care they were receiving. It was observed that the front of the building could be tidied up, though the garden was well maintained and popular. There was a comment from staff about there not being enough of them on duty.

Recommendations were made as part of this report. No response from the home manager has been attached.
