Healthwatch Warrington undertook an announced enter and view visit to Three Elms Care Home on 22 August 2024.

At the time of the visit, Healthwatch considered that Three Elms Care Home is a good home. Staff provide a good service in a friendly environment. The residents are content with the service provided and those that spoke to Healthwatch seemed very happy. 

The home has a warm homely atmosphere. They have enthusiastic activity coordinators that provide an excellent programme of activities that cater for all.

The report has eight recommendations about information, the building and facilities and providing a dementia friendly environment.
