This is the response from Sirona Care and Health who run the Thornbury Hospital (Henderson Ward) in relation to an Enter and View visit carried out by Healthwatch South Gloucestershire in February 2018.

Sirona Health and Care responded positively to the comments made about the standard of care provided at this reablement unit and have purchased a number of shaving mirrors which will be made available when required.

They also responded to comments from patients about the temperature of the ward by advising that they will make patients aware that there are portable heaters and radiators that can be used if people are feeling the cold.
