Healthwatch Cheshire East undertook an announced Enter and View to Station House Care Home focussing on the discharge to assess beds on 14 February 2024. They spoke to three residents and the manager.

The report looks at:

  • The discharge process from hospital, including medication and continence supplies, whether family are informed and the travel arrangements.
  • How the residents had been helped to settle into the home
