This report details Healthwatch Hackney's Enter and View of Stamford Hill Group Practice. During the Enter and View, Healthwatch Hackney spoke to 23 patients, two receptionists, and the practice manager. This Enter and View found that patients wanted more flexibility in accessing appointments, more information about the services offered, and for receptionists to have training on cultural and religious needs.
