Staffing - more staff needed and reduce reliance on agency workers

Staff turnover - team cohesion to be improved

Staff training - dementia training required

Activities - these are to be person centred and more varied

Accessibility - more easy read notices

Choice - meal time choices

Personalisation - notices near patients rooms/within to clarify likes/dislikes

Responsiveness - this should be timely and a monitoring system created to check times
