Healthwatch Sunderland conducted an Enter and View visit to St George's Care Home on the 26th April 2019. 

Their observations are based on 9 indicators that focus on issues of quality and whether the residents are able to pursue hobbies and independence. Residents were asked a range of questions via a set of questionnaire, staff and relatives were also given a questionnaire. They spoke to 6 residents, 3 relatives and 4 staff.

Overall, the home was rated well across all 9 of the indicators. Healthwatch provided no recommendations, and did not obtain a service provider response.
