Feedback mechanisms are clearly embedded in the hospital’s culture, and visible efforts have been made to act on patient suggestion. The availability of tailored food options, accessible facilities and a supportive staff structure further enhance the patient experience. Overall, the visit highlighted a well-run facility that prioritises patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
